Samsung owners, do you ever use the Galaxy app store?

So, for a while now, Samsung has been running its own app store — Galaxy Apps. Full of apps and games that you can usually find in Android's Play Store, as well as some Samsung exclusives. It's here that you can find the Edge panels for your curved-screen Sammy handset, and it's here that you download the Gear watchfaces and mini-apps.

But those things aside, we often wonder — is there really any reason to download your regular apps or games from the Samsung app store? It doesn't seem like promotions and price-drops are synced between the Play Store and Sammy store, and the former does have much more of those. Not to mention that the Play Store does inspire more confidence when it comes to regular updates.

So, do you use the Galaxy app store?

Only for Gear apps and camera modes. Glad to see Samsung put most apps in the Play store.

It's a bloatware. Most apps are paid that's why I don't use it.

It is surprising that nobody knows about this. Many times, I found free promotions for apps that are otherwise paid.

@Ilovescarcasm - Well that's stupid considering in most app stores, the majority of the apps require payment.

Do you trolls even think before you speak? Or are you too stupid to even know when something stupid falls out your piehole?!

Not really. Main Samsung device I use is a Tab S2 8. Every now and then juice up Note 3.

Nope. Just more unnecessary app bloatware from Samsung.

The title say "Samsung owners". You are not a Samsung owner, mxyzptlk. You say you are Nexus 6P owner.

Classic Mxy:
Continually praises and worships Apple and bashes anything non-Apple, specially Google and Samsung, then proceeds to claim to be a Nexus 6P and Galaxy Note 4 owner.

It's sort of necessary to update stock apps, unless you disable everything Samsung, in which case why purchase a Samsung phone?

Why can they just upload all these to Google ang get rid of their app store. Too many store Sammy. Stop loading all the apps in the phone. Let is make decision and download it ourself. All those carrier apps sucks.
