Samsung offers a free Gear VR or DeX Station with any Galaxy S8 or Note 8 purchase

If you plan to buy a high-end Samsung smartphone, there are plenty of offers that you can take advantage of, not to mention that you'll most certainly be getting better deals on Black Friday if you wait until the end of the month.

Samsung is now running a promotion that would allow customers who purchase one of its 2017 flagships to get some free stuff in the process. The deal is only available in the United States via Samsung's online store.

While the South Korean company does mention that this is a limited time offer, it doesn't say when it will end. In any case, if you buy the Samsung Galaxy S8 (from $725) you will be able to choose between a free Gear VR or DeX Station. The same goes for the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, which starts from $950.

More importantly, you get the free accessories regardless of any other deals Samsung has in place for its flagships such as the option to trade-in your old smartphone and save up to $300. Also, you can choose the unlocked version of the Galaxy S8 or Note 8, as well as any US carrier version (AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon and U.S. Cellular).
