Samsung has announced its launch of the SGH-i320 - a new Slim QWERTY Smartphone. It was initially presented at the 3GSM World Congress 2006 but later it was removed from their booth and its official introduction was postponed. The SGH-i320 will be launched in Europe this month.
The device is based on Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system. Measuring just 111 x 59 x 11.5mm and weighing 95g, the device appears to be both thinner and lighter than Motorola Q and at the same time its design reminds of a Blackberry phone. The main features of the tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900) device, are:

- full QWERTY keyboard
- 1.3 mega pixels camera with video capture
- GPRS/EDGE high-speed data
- Push Email (Messaging & Security Feature Pack)

- MicroSD memory expansion slot
- Bluetooth/USB/Voice recognition
