Samsung Galaxy S6 themes hit 6 million downloads

Besides coming with a metal-and-glass construction and plenty of other novelties, the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge are also Samsung's first flagship smartphones to support customizable themes. Available to download for free via the Theme Store that's pre-installed on the two handsets, these themes can completely change the aspect of TouchWiz UI. And it looks like many Galaxy S6 and S6 edge owners are liking them.

According to Samsung, its themes have been downloaded 6 million times since April, when the S6 series first hit the market. Of course, as the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge continue to be sold around the world, and more themes are added each week, the number of downloads will certainly surge. Plus, those who've already downloaded themes are likely to search for new ones when they feel the need for a visual change.

In case you're new to the Galaxy S6 or S6 edge, you'll notice that only three themes are pre-installed on the handsets. But it's really easy to find and download new ones - here's how.
