Samsung Galaxy S4 mini just $49.99 at U.S. Cellular
The conditions of the deal/s may have changed since the initial publishing of this post.
U.S. Cellular has a "mini" available at a mini price. The Samsung Galaxy S4 mini is available from the regional carrier for $49.99 with a signed two-year pact. That trumps the $99.99 on contract price for the phone at Verizon. On the other hand, if you trade-in your phone at Sprint and port over the number, the same phone is free from the nation's third largest carrier. If you're not trading in a phone or signing a contract, both Verizon and Sprint are $100 cheaper than U.S. Cellular at $399.99.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 mini offers a 4.3 inch Super AMOLED display with resolution of 540 x 960 and is powered by a dual-core 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400. 1.5GB of RAM is inside along with 8GB of native storage, although only 5GB is available to the user. The 8MP rear-facing snapper captures video in 1080 x 1920 at 30fps, while the 1.9MP front-facing camera is great for selfies and video chats. A 1900mAh battery powers the device which has Android 4.2.2 pre-installed.

While this seems to be a great deal, U.S. Cellular currently is offering the Motorola Moto X and Samsung Galaxy S4 free on contract which might be a deal you'd be more interested in.
