Samsung Galaxy S launching on June 1?
It looks like there is a bit more than a month before one of the most highly-anticipated Android phones, namely the Samsung Galaxy S, makes its first appearance. This high-tech beast is available for pre-order on eXpansys UK, where June 1 has been specified as release date. In other words, you might be able to get yourself a great present that day... if you have sufficient cash. And you will need quite a lot of it, as the pre-order price is $843.

You haven't heard of Samsung Galaxy S? We'll get that fixed for you right away! The phone was announced at CTIA WIRELESS 2010 and it managed to impress everyone with its characteristics – 1GHz processor, 4-inch Super AMOLED display, 5-MP camera with 720p HD video capture capabilities and Android 2.1 with a customized UI. Rumors are circulating that the phone will have the fastest CPU on an Android device, with productive power of approximately 36% of that in PlayStation 3. This touch wiz is actually efficient. It would be nice if they put camera flash on it though.
