Samsung Galaxy On7 Pro (2017) spotted on GFXBench

The Samsung Galaxy On7 Pro (2017) appears on GFXBench
While the Snapdragon 410 SoC powered the OG version of the phone, Samsung is apparently turning to MediaTek for the sequel. According to GFXBench, the Helio P20 MT6757 chipset will be under the hood carrying an octa-core 2.3GHz CPU, and the Mali-T880MP2 GPU. 3GB of RAM will be inside, a 50% hike from last year's model. The amount of native storage will double from 16GB to 32GB on the new unit.
Both the back and front-facing cameras weigh in at 13MP. The original model carried a 13MP rear-facing camera with a 5MP selfie snapper in front. Android 7.0 will be pre-installed. There might not be support for NFC, but the phone will feature a fingerprint scanner and a Type-C USB port.
We'd imagine that it won't be too long before the phone is unveiled, although Samsung might be a little preoccupied with getting the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8+ out the back door.
