Rogers Magic and Dream to get updated by HTC this year

According to MobileSyrup, both the HTC Dream and Magic, sold by Rogers in Canada, will receive a small software update early this year. Even though it will remain at Android 1.5 at this time, the two phones will get blessed with HTC Sense user interface. Then by mid-year, the HTC Magic will be further upgraded to Android 2.1 and continue to use Sense UI. Unfortunately, the Dream can only dream of being updated to 2.1, since HTC is not planning this, due to hardware limitations.
