Pokemon Go now runs on Android 7 Nougat developer preview
If you're a mix of an Android lover and Pokemon fan, you have probably been faced with a pretty horrible dilemma in the past few days – the newly released, instantly viral Pokemon Go game didn't run on the developer preview Android N, which is currently available. Some may have resorted to rolling back to Android 6 Marshmallow, others may have decided to patiently wait and hope for an update.

Well, the update is now here. A version 0.29.2 of the Niantic-made AR game that has people crashing their cars, walking into walls has now been released and is reported to work on Android Nougat devices.

We wouldn't be surprised if there are more bugs than usual when trying to run Pokemon Go on the beta operating system, and we wouldn't hope for any type of reliable support for any issues we run into. But if your love for the newest Android and Pokemon is equal and you can't choose between the two – you can now have both. The link to download the update can be found in the source.
