Using the just announced Nokia Lumia 925, the Finnish handset manufacturer took the opportunity during its press event in London this morning, to show off its new car charger stand. Using NFC, a special dock app is launched that shows off the weather, time and battery life. The app also gives you a limited menu allowing you to access HERE Drive, Nokia Music and a small list of your contacts.
The dock allows you to recharge your Nokia Lumia phone using the car charger, get real-time information that could be useful, and make some calls while barely touching your phone. This allows you to keep your hands on the wheel, where it belongs. As for availability and price, that is information that will have to wait for another day.
