New SwiftKey for iPhone update adds Microsoft Account support
Good news for SwiftKey users, as developers of the keyboard app have just announced a new update is now available for iPhone owners. Although it's not a major update, it brings a few bug fixes and one important improvement: Microsoft Account support.
With Microsoft Account support, SwiftKey users will now be able to take advantage of Outlook email addresses when creating a SwiftKey account. The addition of the new feature is an important step towards full cloud clipboard syncing between the keyboard app and Windows 10 PC, as confirmed by Microsoft a while ago.
Aside from Microsoft Account support, the latest update addresses some minor issues. The most important problem fixed by developers is a sizing issue on the iPhone 8. Still, some other accessibility bugs have been fixed as well.
These are all the changes included in SwiftKey for iPhone 2.1.2, so make sure you download the latest version in the App Store in order to benefit from the new features and improvements.
