Mouth watering LG G Pro 3 specs confirmed, pupil recognition added
Just yesterday, we passed along some rumors about the LG G Pro 3. The phablet is expected to feature specs that would make any power user sit up and take notice. Today, a separate source out of China, @Leaksfly, confirmed the earlier report but also included an additional feature that we should find on the handset.

If both reports are legit, the LG G Pro 3 will be equipped with a 6-inch screen carrying a 1440 x 2560 resolution. That works out to a pixel density of 490ppi. Under the hood we should find the Snapdragon 820 chipset, with 4GB of RAM inside. 32GB of expandable storage is said to be available, and a 20.7MP rear camera is rumored to adorn the back of the phone. Expect to use a front-facing 8MP snapper for selfies. While yesterday's rumor mentioned support for a fingerprint scanner, @Leaksfly says that the phone will include support for both a fingerprint scanner and pupil recognition. Android 5.1 is reportedly pre-installed, and the phone should be priced at $790 USD.

The LG G Pro 3 will purportedly see the light of day before the end of the year. All things considered, we suggest that you take this report with a grain or two of salt.

If you've forgotten what the LG G Pro 2 looks like, take a gander at the series of photos below that we've included for your perusal. No need to thank us, that's just who we are.

Thanks for the tip!
