Motorola announces a bunch of Bluetooth accessories

Motorola, Inc. announced a mass of Bluetooth accessories at the 2006 International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The new accessories include the H5 MINIBLUE and H605 headsets as well as the TXTR D7 wireless QWERTY keyboard.

 

H5 MINIBLUE: a tiny headset, which measures only 33 × 41 millimeters. It fits inside the ear and the microphone picks up the users voice through the ear canal. The battery allows up to 1.5 hours talk time, which can be extended up to 7.5 hours through portable charging base. The headset is expected to be available in the first half of 2006.

 

H5 MINIBLUE headset

 

 

H605: a lightweight behind-the-ear headset, that is easy to use and consists of soft touch materials for added comfort. It features 10 hours of talk and 200 hours of standby time as well as both headset and hands-free profiles. The headset is expected to be released in January of 2006.

TXTR D7: wireless QWERTY keyboard that can seamlessly syncs with many of the existing Motorola mobile phones up to 30 feet away. Moreover it allows users to text directly with other Motorola handsets, which also have a Motorola TXTR up to 300 feet away. The main features of the keyboard, which is expected to hit the market in the first half of 2006, are:

  • 2.1 x 0.7 inches size
  • 1.7 ounces weight
  • up to 24 hours text time
  • English, Spanish, Portuguese and French are supported
  • Add and edit contacts on users mobile phone
