More Galaxy S6 cases appear, reconfirming the new rear sensors placement

The Galaxy S6 pulse and UV sensors will allegedly be placed vertically, rather than horizontally, according to many rumors so far, and the latest case leak reconfirms it.

After Spigen and Verus, Ewill have posted their own batch of Samsung Galaxy S6 cases that you can order right now, and these have the same huge cutout on the back which unveils the camera lens, and leaves place for your finger to be pressed towards the pulse sensor that made a debut with the Galaxy S5.

Some people wants metallic or glass back panels. And then they cover it with a plastic case. And moans at samsung for not bringing a metallic back.

The only reason Samsung is still doing plastic back covers is for the removable battery capability that they've touted for years, that not many do.

The back seems to have the same dotted texture found on the alpha......hmmmm

And here I was complaining the iPhone6's camera protrusion - this is a huge nipple (as always)...

I don't get it with people these days, I mean when was a camera protrusion such a bad thing to complain about? No, don't get me wrong I'm all for a camera module that's flush with the body but it seems people are mostly nitpicking on this front.

What's the point of super slim phone if it has HUGE camera bump. My guess is manufactuere go for slim design because of the looks. Camera bump ruins the purpose of the slim design. IMO, iPhone 6 looks design is a step back from iphone 5/5s design. From the looks of it S6 camera bump going to be 2x the iphone6's camera bump. It's going to ruin the design. It's going to make the phone looks ugly.

100% agree, bro. And a great reply to post #7. It is nitpicking but going from my current phone (iPhone 5s), the iphone 6 design of the camera seems like an oversight. It doesn't seem to bother anyone or the Samsung users - but I don't like it, you can make it a square, but a bezel around it, dress it up all you want - it's still a not all that necessary to slim the phone but protrude the camera - so much benefit can be gained from making that phone 2mm thicker including flush camera lense.

100% agree with you too bro....plus in doing so you can up the battery spec. I think phones could have a thicker top to house the camera and a thicker bottom, perhaps to house a bigger step like battery, and then the thinner element in the middle could be made / covered with an anti slip material to reduce the risk of dropping the device. That way you get an overall slim device, with a good camera module and better battery life...which will be harder to drop.

Look now that Apple have done a bump, it's now ok to do one, reviews will not be able to say anything about it, 2 things that are better about this bump over Apple is that 1:it in the centre of the phone and not at the edge, 2: it's 20mp and craps all over the iPhone cam

Can you get a life? You started off as a fair-minded individual and then become this Apple saintist bodyguard and defender that no one even asked for, in every single thread, whether or not the comment is relevant or necessary.

I DO NOT LIKE at all the protruding camera and the vertical flash. Too ugle for me.....plus you will have to use a very thick case in order to protect the protruding camera....WTF

samsungs flagship phones always had protruding cameras so its not a big deal.

This time it's way too much though.... Samsung really suffers in designing. And this is NOT a troll...I am a Samsung user for many years now.

I get Samsung to make one for you that's got the same crap 8mp cam as the iPhone just for you and not the 20mp one they included

Is it really a huge flaw for you? In order to take great picture, Samsung has no choice rather than humping the camera. Look at Apple also extruding its camera on the iPhone 6.

They should have at least used the same desigh, in camera and flash, as the Note 4 which is very elegant. The Sammy guys have a really big issue in designing.

I'm talkin' about the look, why do you want me to get my hands on it, will my thoughts may change then? And if it still an ugly front.

They have no idea what it looks like, they just got the sizes and made up and used the same old design of the phones

The back going to be even more uglier.

Then why aren't more people buying HTC, LG and Sony flagships? Apparently, the bunch on these tech venues that share you sentiments don't mean a damn to the majority of millions of more people that purchase Samsung products over said devices.

The same dotted texture on the back zzzzzzzzzz

Is there any reason they keep calling the camera/fingerprint sensor setup 'new', if it's the same as the Alpha? Is it because it's a first for the Galaxy S flagship?
