Microsoft Canada contest leaks out the name of four Windows Phone Mango handsets
A contest being run by Microsoft Canada leaked out the name of four upcoming Windows Phone 7.5 models. One of the phones mentioned is the Nokia Sea Ray. This model has already been leaked and is expected to launch later this year as the manufacturer's first smartphone running Microsoft's mobile OS; the other three are most likely code names.
The contest is called the "Mango-app" Challenge and in the fine print of the contest it says that the winners will receive a Windows Phone 7.5, the estimated value of which is $600. The model which will be sent out as a prize will be determined by Microsoft from a list that includes the Nokia Sea Ray, the Nokia Sabre, the Samsung Yukon and the SamsungWembley. According to Mobile Syrup, the Nokia Sabre is a mid-range device rumored to have a 3.7 inch screen and use a Micro SIM card. WPCentral theorizes that the two Samsung models are variants of the Samsung Omnia W and the Samsung Focus S.
