Latest version of Google Buzz adds additional support for its web app
If you didn't own an iPhone or an Android 2.0 & up handset, you really couldn't experience all of the neat things you can get with the Google Buzz web app. After getting its feet wet into the social networking craze, the latest version of the web app now adds support for various platforms – so just about any smartphone can get you straight into buzzing. Google recently released an XHTML version of the Buzz web app so that handsets such as BlackBerry, Nokia S60, Windows Mobile, and pre-Android 2.0 devices can access the features of Google Buzz. So if you haven't gotten a chance to check out Google's take on the whole social networking thing, you can simply get situated with Google Buzz by simply typing buzz.google.com into your phone's web browser. From there, you'll be able to check out all the nearby Buzz posts and even post something yourself for your friends to see. If you're using a BlackBerry smartphone, you'll also be able to enable your location through the browser settings.
