If you own the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) and have been patiently awaiting the KitKat update, we have some jolly good news for you. Android 4.4.2 has started rolling out, with the Wi-Fi only model in Columbia (SM-P600) receiving the update first. Other regions will soon be receiving the KitKat update as well.

Android 4.4.2 will bring new features to the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) including white status bar icons, support for wireless printing, a new way to access the camera from the lockscreen, enhanced sound controls for specific Samsung apps, fullscreen album art, an option to select the default home and SMS apps and stability improvements.
.
You might have to be patient before Android 4.4.2 hits your Galaxy Note 10.1. You can also try to coax the update out of your tablet by going to Settings » General » About phone » Software updates menu.
