IBM, Honda To Unveil Voice-activated Car Navigation System

International Business Machine Corp and Honda Motor Co Ltd will unveil later today in the US a jointly developed voice-activated car navigation system, the Nihon Keizai Shimbun reported, citing sources familiar with the matter.
The system, which gives voice directions in response to drivers' spoken questions, will be installed in Honda's midsize Accord sedan due to hit the market in early September, the report said.
