Huawei confirms 4,000 mAh battery for its Mate 10 flagship

We're less than two weeks away from Huawei's big unveiling event and the Chinese company has picked up the pace concerning teasers. The Mate 10, and possibly all its other models, are going to be almost similarly specced, so there will be a couple of differences.

However, the battery might not be one of the components that will be different depending on the model. We suspect the Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro will come with the same battery inside, but we have yet to confirm the information.

What we do know for certain is the fact that Huawei has decided to include a 4,000 mAh battery inside the Mate 10. The Chinese smartphone company has just published another teaser that confirms the 4,000 mAh battery for the Mate 10.

Unfortunately, the message accompanying the GIF isn't that encouraging: “That feeling when your battery lasts all day on a single charge. Huawei Mate 10 coming October 16, 2017.” Well, one day of use for a phablet with a 4,000 mAh battery is not at all impressive.

In any case, we now know that the Huawei Mate 10 comes with the same 4,000 mAh battery that's included with the predecessor. And we'll see about that battery life after we actually test the smartphone.
