Hipstamatic and Oggl coming to Windows Phone
Hipstamatic is one of the greatest vintage photo applications on the Apple iPhone, and it is one of the big advantages of Apple's huge ecosystem of apps. Now Hipstamatic expands its reach and is coming to Windows Phone even before it has arrived on Android. The announcement came with the Nokia Lumia 925 announcement, a device focused on refining the camera experience and low-light performance in particular.

So what does Hispamatic do? It gives your pictures that vintage look - you can add lenses, flashes and films to achieve a certain hip effect. You can also instantly share those images.

You probably also know that Nokia has long tried to get Instagram on Windows Phone. It has launched alternative apps, but still cannot sign probably the most popular mobile photography app to its platform. However, today it announced its getting the Oggl service that will allow you to actually post images to Instagram without having the app. It's a neat workaround and a way to join the creative Instagram community. And that's something, right?
