Here's how to display battery percentage on Apple iPhone 6s and 6s Plus (iOS 9 tutorial)

The Apple iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus are fairly thin phones that still manage to offer fairly good battery life (we're especially impressed with the battery longevity of the iPhone 6s Plus), but sometimes it is important to know the exact amount of juice left to plan your usage so that battery lasts you the whole day (or night).
Sometimes you need an exact number to tell you how much juice you have leftFor those occasions, the default battery indicator that shows rough levels is not enough: ideally, what one would need is a percentage number. Luckily, this functionality is built right into iOS 9, and enabling it is a piece of cake.
After you enable it, the indicator appears to the left of the battery icon, showing you an exact reading of how much battery you have left. So how do you do the trick of enabling it? It's all very simple, and we walk you through the process in this 4-step iOS 9 tutorial for the iPhone 6s, 6s Plus, but also older iPhones like the iPhone 6 and iPhone 5s right below.

Why are you people so dunce? Phone arena posts these simple how to's because there are millions that just google this stuff - and phone arena wants to be among the search results. It is not for us nerds, it's not even for casual reader of tech news - it is primarily to come up in search results - to direct the population toward phone arena and hope they stay and argue who had widgets first. This mentality, everything should be made for me and I kno better than anyone about everything needs to stop - that's why we argue which phone is best or w/e because we all have different tastes, needs, and preferences. Think before you redicule.

Hey not everybody with an iPhone knows how to turn on the battery percentage, so this is helpful for those that don't.

"Hey you, with an iPhone. Do you know you can do something else on your phone besides posting a Facebook status or showing what you ate for dinner on Instagram? PhoneArena has the basic stuff for you guys with an IQ the same as your age!"

Why "you with an iPhone"? Only one android user I know knows his device well, the rest use their androids and would not know its not an iPhone if I didn't tell them. They always ask me how to use Siri on android, or change password, or find their photos that got lost. One of them afraid to open app drawer because it has so much stuff that she didn't install - she says she messed up her phone opening some app. Yes that's how ridiculous. I bet if you ask 15 android I owners what phone they got - some will say it's an iPhone. Most of population use their smartphones for 3 basic things - why are you pointing at iPhone users. Are you a hater?
