HTC Desire being re-branded to the Triumph for a TELUS release?
In a move to slightly differentiate itself from all the variants that spawned since the HTC Nexus One came into light, TELUS is speculated to grab themselves their own version of the HTC Desire. Instead of sticking with the known brand name, TELUS is looking to re-brand it into the HTC Triumph. There is basically nothing different in the specs department with the HTC Triumph except for the blatant name change that'll undoubtedly stir up some curiosity. The HTC Triumph could easily supplement TELUS's current lineup of Android devices while at the same time taking the crown away from the Motorola MILESTONE as being the most impressive Android phone to date. Even though there is going to be a lot to look forward to, it's speculated to be released some time in July or August – so there will be plenty of time in between in saving up some cash for it seeing that pricing has yet to be revealed.
