Gold Apple iPhone 5S to be introduced on September 10th?

Remember those champagne colored Apple iPhone 5S parts we showed you nearly a couple of weeks ago? They were actually parts for the gold colored Apple iPhone 5S that will be introduced on September 10th. The color will be an elegant gold. A source quoted in a published report on Monday said to "Think champagne, not ingot." According to this tipster, the gold colored Apple iPhone 5S will feature a white-face with a gold colored back cover.

It seems that Apple could be using this rich color to differentiate what would be the premium model of its next generation smartphone, the Apple iPhone 5S, with the low-cost Apple iPhone 5C. From what we have seen so far, the latter model will be made of plastic to keep the build cost down, and will be available in a variety of colors. Meanwhile, the Apple iPhone 5S will also be available in the traditional iPhone colors of black and white.
