Screw that. I'd be interested in a deal on an unlocked version, but no way if it's through a carrier agreement.

Payment plans are payment plans, we should be able to purchase the phones with no strings attached.

They aren't just going to give fat discounts and take a huge loss on a device if you're not going to trade something in or have it on their service for a long while. That's HOW these deals are done. You want a $100 phone, there's always used Galaxy S2 on eBay or something.

If your going to buy one of these phone anyway the Best Buy is a good one. Cuts the price of the phone about in half and you have the gift card to buy more gifts. $450 is much better then the others.

Trade-in required but they'll take any working, non-broken device. I agree, it's a killer deal especially if you have an older device
