First T-Mobile Tuesday of 2017 is about fitness and health
The first T-Mobile Tuesday of 2017 is January 3rd, and the carrier is looking to help you shed weight and get back into shape following the holiday eating period which started with Thanksgiving last month. T-Mobile subscribers will get a free month of Aaptiv. This is an exercise app that offers on-demand audio fitness. Having Aaptiv installed on your phone is like having a personal trainer in your pocket.

T-Mobile subscribers will also get a free year of Shape Magazine starting this coming Tuesday. If you're serious about getting healthy, you might need to be cleaned out by the healthy equivalent of the Roto-Rooter man. T-Mobile customers are receiving $20 off 1-3-or 5-day Juice cleanses using JUS by Julie. And shipping is free for T-Mobile subscribers. Now we know that all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, so next Tuesday's freebies include a free movie rental from FandangoNOW.

As for the weekly contest, One Grand Prize winner will receive a wellness getaway trip to the Canyon Ranch in Tucson, AZ. for the winner and an adult guest. In addition, the winner will receive a check for $3,932 to use for taxes or whatever purpose the winner has in mind. Thirty first place winners will win a Fitbit Flex 2 fitness tracker valued at $79.95 each. 200 second prize winners will get a stainless steel water bottle valued at $35.
