Father's Day deal: Buy an HTC 10, get free Jabra or HTC Pro Studio headphones

Like many other companies, HTC this month has some Father's Day deals for customers in the US. One of the deals involves the company's latest flagship smartphone, the HTC 10. If you buy the handset from HTC.com, off contract, at its full retail price of $699, HTC is giving you a free set of headphones: either a Jabra Move Wireless headset (normally priced at $99.99), or a pair of HTC Pro Studio Earphones (normally priced at $79.99). You'll be able to pick your free headphones only after adding an HTC 10 to your cart. The offer is valid until June 19, or while supplies last, and you can choose to get the HTC 10 unlocked, as well as on T-Mobile, Verizon, or Sprint.

Another Father's Day deal lets you save $50 on HTC's UA HealthBox connected fitness system, which can be purchased for $350 instead of $400. Additionally, you could buy just the UA Band fitness tracker (which is included in the UA HealthBox) for $160 instead of its regular price of $180.

Let us know if you're tempted by any of HTC's Father's Day deals, okay?

Sad that what's consider a promo here is given standard to the rest of the world. I really dont' understand HTC's marketing sometimes. Oh, and BTW HTC, as a 10 owner, FIX THE WIFI already!

Also as a 10 owner... What's wrong with Wi-Fi? I'm not having any problems.

Range is really bad. It appears to be dropping in and out a lot. There's compaints over at XDA. For me personally I'm using 5 GHz AC for WiFi. My AP is in my basement. With my M8 and my wife's S7 Edge, there are no problems with WiFi in our bedroom on the 2nd floor. The 10 can barely hold the signal half the time and often drops out. I've found myself using much more LTE data when I'm upstairs.
