One of the most interesting smartphones announced at CES 2015, LG's G Flex 2, is already hitting the shelves in the home turf of South Korea, but US carriers and Europe are soon to follow, too.

It's the first handset announced with Qualcomm's 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor, as well as the company's first device to run Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box. The G Flex 2 has the same form factor of the original G Flex, though it's smaller, thanks to the fact that it sports a 5.5-inch 1080p display. The new handset features a self-healing back cover, a 2.1 MP front-facing camera, 13 MP rear camera wit laser autofocus, 32 GB of expandable internal memory, and a 3000 mAh battery. It looks like the Korean G Flex 2 has only 2 GB of RAM, instead of 3 GB like the international variant.

In any case, while you wait, we are posting the high-resolution wallpapers that come with the LG G Flex 2 for your viewing and/or downloading pleasure.

These are smartly chosen to look great on an OLED screen.

Maybe yes, but they look awesome on an LC display as well, especially on a Retina one.

"they look awesome ESPECIALLY on a retina one"
Retina is not a technology of display like LCD and OLED. Retina just means that the pixels density is higher than 300 ppi ( Apple said that) . So I can say that many displays are "retina" and not only iphone.
So it's not because your iphone is retina that the pics looks great on it but only because the display is good.
Furthermore, the resolution of the picture in this article is 1920 x 2160. With iphone 6+ ,which is able to display a Full HD picture ( 1920*1080), you lost many pixels compared to a note 4 for example.

Indeed, you lost 50% of pixels compared to the original one
