Dell Aero is officially the company's first Android in the U.S.
This seems like a good day for AT&T customers, as in addition to the Palm Pre Plus and Pixi Plus, their carrier also officially announced the Dell Aero (also known as the Dell Mini 3i). Dell's first Android-based smartphone will make its U.S. appearance equipped with a custom interface that is said to be developed by Dell and AT&T. We wonder if AT&T's part was to provide its set of pre-installed apps... This being a reworked Dell Mini 3i, we expect it to feature a 3.5-inch touchscreen, 3MP camera, 622MHz processor, 256 RAM and 3G.

Other than that and the picture you see, there's no more information about the Dell Aero, it's release date or price. The carrier though has promised to provide more soon, so stay tuned, we expect to see this guy at CTIA WIRELESS 2010 in the following days.
