Deal of the day: Google Play Music gift subscriptions are 50% off, you can gift yourself as well

Fan of Google Play Music? If yes, then you'd be delighted to hear that a rather saucy deal is making the rounds right now! At the moment, a gift subscription for Google's music streaming service will cost you only half the regular price.
As you probably know, it will normally cost you $9.99 a month to listen to tunes on Play Music after your trial ends, but right now you only need to shell out $4.99 for a full-month subscription for the service. Respectively, a 3-month subscription will set you back some $14.98, while a 6-month one - just $29.97! Now that's a fine deal if we've ever seen one!
Have in mind that subscribing for Google Play Music also gives you access to YouTube Red and YouTube Music, which makes the current deal even more appetizing. In case you're ready to jump ship, head to the link we've provided right below and benefit from the neat deal.
Of course, as Valentine's Day is fast approaching, you can also gift your significant other with extended subscription, provided that Google Play Music's gift subscription is available in your country!

This doesn't appear to apply to anyone subscribed to the family plan, as a heads up.

I love my subscription with Play Music, caught it when it was $1 for 3 months! the only problem i have is that it plays music that I've given a thumbs down. Not sure in what world a thumbs down means 'this person likes this song!'

Do I keep or lose my early adopter subscription if I subscribe to the 3-6 month options?

I can't say for certain, so don't go by what I tell you. But I can tell you that I checked my account after, and it still speed the $7.99 subscription price, and said the next payment was due 2/28/2021. So it looks like it doesn't affect your subscription price. But I won't know for sure for 5 years.
