Deal: Apple's Beats Solo3 wireless headphones are on sale for less than $200 ($100 off)

Deal: Apple's Beats Solo3 wireless headphones are on sale for less than $200 ($100 off)

Apple's Beats Solo3 headphones are on sale once again, so if you've missed any of the previous promotional offers, here is another one coming from Newegg. The headphones that promise up to 40 hours of battery life can now be had for less than $200 on eBay.

Newegg's eBay official store now offers a pair of Beats Solo3 wireless headphones for just $197, so you'll be saving around $100 if you take the retailer's offer. It's also worth mentioning that you'll be able to choose from no less than four color options: Rose Gold, Gloss White, Gloss Black, and Gold.

Naturally, the headphones are brand-new and shipping is free in the United States, which is the only place the retailer ships them. Apparently, there's a limit of 3 units per customer, but that's quite understandable since this is a sale.

In case you're wondering, here is what you can in the package:

  • Beats Solo3 Wireless headphones;
  • Carrying case;
  • 3.5mm RemoteTalk Cable;
  • Universal USB charging cable (USB-A to USB Micro-B);
  • Quick Start Guide;
  • Warranty Card.

This is actually a pretty good price for a pair of Apple headphones, but that doesn't mean there aren't much cheaper alternatives out there. Oh, well, to each his own.

He might sound like he is, but he is correct. Even with this "discount" you can find much better alternatives by Sennheiser, Jays, AudioTechnica and many other (proper) brands. Sound signature aside, sound and build quality is realy low for 200 bucks headphones. Beats 3 are the same as Beats 2 (only wireless) and those were kickass headphones, if you would found them for sub 100$.

Wouldn't buy off of eBay again....just got pretty decent knockoff. If I didn't already have a pair I wouldn't have known. Costco had a pretty decent sale. Real beats 199. Only black but that's better than risky ebay.

Don't know why people like Beats so much. The sound quality is not that good.

Not only cheaper, but there are better alternative out there. Sound signature might depends on personal preference. Beats is safe bet for average consumer since average ppl mostly looking for more bass. It offers quantity not quality bass, bit muddy, lack in clarity. They are not trash, just okay... as for $300 they should be good. They are excell in battery life, comfort, style, signal strength and of course 'brand'.

Don't listen to the idiots (mostly idiots with the exception of one guy) above me. At $200 these are really good headphones. Of course there are caveats: #1: Little too much bass. #2: Mids sound like highs. Some people love that, but I don't. Other than that, not many downsides. The anti-Beats circle jerk the internet has is ridiculously stupid.

Apple sheep before Apple acquired Beats: Beats is garbage, Bose is the best Apple sheep after Apple acquires Beats: (Nacho Libre voice) It's the best, It's number one I think it's a good deal and it's from Newegg. If you don't Newegg then you're too stupid to comment.

It's a good headphone, I've tried it once at the Apple store. It also looks good and classy if you're a type of person who flaunts his/her premium things but if you're into audiophile thing then buy a decent senhiezer for that price or JBL for a 100 dollar less with better sound quality.
