DC Comics partners with comiXology, the maker of the popular comic books reader app, to create the very first DC-branded app for Android that allows users to purchase and read some of their favorite titles all on their handsets. This new app brings forth all of DC’s extensive line of super heroes to a much a larger scale seeing that purchased content can be accessed on different platforms. Specifically, over 3,000 titles from DC Comics and Vertigo are available for purchase from $0.99 to $2.99 per issue. And of course, the beauty about of it all is the fact that you can access purchases through the PC and iOS devices as well.
