Cyber Monday Moto X deal breaks Motorola servers before it starts
If you were hoping to get in on the Cyber Monday deal for the Motorola Moto X, it looks like you'll have to be patient. The Moto Maker sale was scheduled to start earlier today, at which point the Moto Maker site was running slowly, and it looks like the traffic has caused errors on Motorola servers. Motorola says that it is "working quickly to restore it", but the ordering has not been live for about an hour now.

That means the sale has not technically started, so if you have been hoping to get your hands on a customized Moto X (as we have been), you'll have to wait a bit longer. When the site is restored and the sale begins, you'll be able to get a fully customized Moto X on any of the four major carriers for $150 off. That means $349.99 for the 16GB model, and $399.99 for the 32GB model.

We'll keep an eye out, and update this when the site has been restored.
