Best Buy Mobile re-launches its web site with some added new features
Outside of carrier branded retail stores, Best Buy Mobile is one of the biggest indirect dealers where shoppers can expect to compare a myriad of handsets from all the major postpaid and prepaid carriers across the country – all under one roof. Today, Best Buy Mobile announced the re-launch of their web site that will include some new features to enhance the process of purchasing a handset from the big box retailer so that customers will find all of their solutions at one time. Customers that shop online will now have the option of having their purchases being shipped to either a home address or to one of their many retail locations sprawled out throughout the country. What makes this unique is that most stores only promote and sell handsets from three out of the four major wireless carriers – so customers that don't find their specific carrier will have to travel to a location that offers it. In addition, they've opened up a dedicated call center to respond to specific questions regarding their online purchase. Like many other indirect partners, Best Buy Mobile still manages to attract customers with their upfront prices that don't require any mail-in-rebates.
