Apple Music may finally come to Google Home devices
Apple Music integration may soon come to Google Home devices and the hell will freeze. We're not yet sure whichever is more accurate than the other, but we now have a screenshot that may prove the former will eventually happen.

Apparently, the folks over at MacRumors have been tipped on the upcoming availability of Apple Music integration on Google Home devices. For the time being, Apple Music appears listed within the Google Home app for iOS, but it's impossible to link it to a Google Home device.

The move isn't that surprising considering Apple Music has been recently made available on Amazon's Echo smart speakers. Up until now, Apple Music appeared in a “limited availability” section of the app, which mentioned that it's only available on iOS devices.

With the addition of Apple Music to Google Home devices, the music streaming service will further increase its customer base. Also, Google Home owners will finally have just about every major music streaming service available on their devices.

Apple recently announced that its music streaming service has more than 50 million paid subscribers, still far behind Spotify's nearly 100 million premium customers. The huge gap may shrink once Apple Music arrive on Google Home devices, but it remains to be seen by how much.
