Have a Motorola Android handset that is still running 1.6? In the U.S., updates this quarter are still listed for T-Mobile's CLIQ and CLIQ XT. Considering that the quarter ends at the end of this month, either the Schaumburg based firm will have to step things up over the next few days, or else we will see those two handsets receive their upgrade in Q3. And speaking of the July through September period, that is when AT&T's customers with the Motorola BACKFLIP should be doing backflips over their firmware upgrade. Not all of Motorola's Android devices are scheduled to receive Android 2.1. For example, the DEVOUR, offered by Verizon, remains "under consideration" according to the chart. Overseas, Motorola Milestone owners are currently getting Android 2.1 rolled out in stages. The manufacturer says it will continue to upgrade the chart and will pass along any new information it has to offer.
