Acer's affordable Iconia Tab 10 will soon be launched in the US
Remember the Iconia Tab 10 that Acer announced back in September? The tablet is soon going to be released in the US, several months after being launched in Europe (including in the UK). Acer will sell the slate through its own US online store, as well as via other retail channels, for $249.

Obviously, at $249, the Acer Iconia Tab 10 can't be a high-end tablet. But it still offers some nice features, including a 10.1-inch display with 1080 x 1920 pixels and a "highly effective anti-fingerprint coating", an aluminum rear cover, Dolby sound, 2 GB of RAM, and 32 GB of expandable internal memory. The tablet also comes with a 5 MP rear camera, 2 MP front-facing camera, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 4.0 (in case you're wondering, there's no LTE connectivity).

Some of the features of the Iconia Tab 10 that are perhaps less appealing are its quad-core MediaTek processor, and Android 4.4 KitKat (with no word on future updates to Lollipop). So, anyone interested in buying this Acer tablet?
