Pinball is a game built on a simple concept, which has the tendency to hook us pretty powerfully if the table it's played on is designed well enough. When transferring this mechanical game to the digital world, it's the developer's job to not only design a challenging table of their own, but also make everything look better and desirable.
Luckily, the rather limited touch controls of mobile devices actually lend themselves pretty well to pinball. After all, you pretty much need two tap points to control the two shifts (or flippers) that smack the ball away from the abyss of eternal loss in the middle.
