Appeals Court says 5G chipmaker Qualcomm's "no license, no chips" is not anti-competitive

Qualcomm wom a huge appeals court decision that essentially allows it to continue to sell chips using its "no license, no chips" terms. A three-judge panel ruled in favor of the chip designer yesterday.

According to a tipster in China, Huawei's Kirin 1020 chip is larger and more expensive to produce than Apple's A14 Bionic chipset. Both are manufactured by TSMC using the foundry's 5nm process.
