This is one of a few phones that meet my requirements for no camera - a client security requirement - and 4 GSM bands for North America and Europe/UK. I have used it for two years with no failures and no complaints.
Pros
- small, light, reliable, rugged
Cons
- easy to drop while opening with one hand

Worst phone ever.
I have owned this phone since Oct. 2006, and have actually had it in my possession for less than 3 months. 95% of call made to this phone go straight to voicemail and it has been at Samsung for repairs 3 times! I now have a replacement phone that I thought was working, until today I dialed it 10 times and it went straight to voicemail. This is by far the worst phone ever and I will never buy Samsung again!
