We are treated to a sneak peak of the LG G3’s “QuickWindow” mode
Aside from all the technology that the LG G3 is expected to be packing, what we still know very little about is the actual user experience and functionality that will come with the device. We have seen images of how things may look, but nothing in action (yet).

Sure, it will run LG’s thick Optimus UI, but it runs well, and has so many customizations that folks that are used to rooting devices might actually forget (until they see bloatware or something).

Last week, we share some pictures of the LG G3 in the wild and with it was its Quick Cover case. The Quick Cover is an evolution of the QuickWindow folio case that is available for the LG G2. For the G3 however, there will be even more that you can do without opening up the phone.

The leak artist known as @evleaks shared a collection of a dozen screen shots of what the Quick Cover case will enable on the LG G3. Aside from the variety of clocks, there is weather data, health data, SMS, photo gallery, and a quick app/notification screen.

Knowing the depth of the Optimus UI, and having seen LG share tid-bits about its devices “getting to know you,” we would not be surprised if there was a whole lot more QuickWindow will be able to do on the new LG G3. All will be revealed (hopefully) on May 27th.
