Tweet news: Samsung Galaxy Note III to launch with Android 4.3 installed
Samsung Galaxy S III launched with Android 4.0.4 on board and the Samsung GALAXY Note II came to market with Android 4.1.1.
This year, the Samsung Galaxy S4 launched with Android 4.2.2 pre-installed which would seem to make it likely that Android 4.3 would come on the Samsung Galaxy Note III right out of the box. In Germany, Deutsch Telekom confirmed that the international version of the Samsung Galaxy S III (GT-i9300) purchased from the carrier will skip Android 4.2.2 and go straight to Android 4.3. This is expected to be the rule rather than the exception globally, another reason to believe that the Samsung Galaxy Note III will launch with Android 4.3 running the show.

My guess? It will look like the Note II. Arent they supposed to move to a new design stage at some point? I remember hearing about the S III starting the current design, but when is the next?

Most likely starting with the S5. I would be surprised if the they decide to start design 3.0 for the Note III. Let's wait and see!

So Samsung can ship with Android 4.3, but LG and Motorola can't?

4.3 haven't been out that long with other companies they are in testing stage.

I think the G2 and Moto X were tested with 4.2.2 and were close to being finalized around the time that 4.3 came out. Apparently Samsung still has enough time to test the latest version of Android and include it out-of-the-box on the Note III.

Given the bugs currently in 4.3, I would say that LG and Motorola are the smart ones here.

Gnote2 came from s3, gnote3 maybe from s4 design. That's what I think.

I guess no Exynos in the Note 3 but we do get 4.3.

The note 3 isn't mean to be the mainstream flagship, people assuming that the design is going to be any different only have these ill informed rumour mongering blogs like stuff, phonesreview and cnet to blame. The S5 will be the one to bring design 3.0, the S being the main flagship series of the entire Samsung mobile division.
Plus by that time may as well wait to see what Samsung do with the Note 4 and how big the Galaxy Mega successor will be, hopefully they'll make it an equal or place it entirely above the Note series.

Ss is on their A game with staying on top of the software hill. Still can't get past their design so here's to hoping for something better on that front

Obviously you have had limited use of Android phones implying that Gingerbread 2.3 is more stable then 4.1 Jelly-bean, let alone 4.2

Boring, where is all the leaked images and specifications? It's been awfully quiet this month, and only a couple of weeks left..
