HTC One (E8) for Sprint revealed, should cost less than the One (M8)
While there’s no official press release to announce the launch of the One (E8), we assume that Sprint will provide more details on this pretty soon.
As you may know, the One (E8) is a lower-cost variant of HTC’s One (M8) flagship smartphone. Its body is made out of plastic, not metal, and there’s no Duo camera on the back - instead, you’ll find a regular 13 MP snapper there. Apart from that, the One (E8) offers the same features that the One (M8) has, including: a 5-inch display with 1080 x 1920 pixels, LTE, BoomSound speakers, 5 MP front-facing camera, Snapdragon 801 processor, 2 GB of RAM, expandable internal memory, and a 2600 mAh battery. For a detailed look at the new handset, check out our HTC One (E8) review.
Sprint is currently selling the One (M8) for $199.99 on contract. We’re expecting the One (E8) to be offered for $149.99, or even less. But we’ll see.

HTC One E8 is available in my country, only the thing is, it only costs 20EUR less than M8...not the price what I expected it to be. :( The price in Latvia is about 420EUR. Ouch...

If the E8 is make out of metal than it will be better phone than M8. Seriously what was HTC smoking when they decided to keep the same ultrapixel bs, not only that but kept it at 4mp. 8mp ultrapixel will be an upgrade or else just give us the regular 13mp+ camera. Adding another pointless camera for special effect is stupid. 4mp is just not enough for real life use.
