Cut the Rope is now available for Android
We're going to throw out an incredibly biased generalization: other than Angry Birds, or perhaps Plants vs. Zombies, Cut the Rope is the best mobile game on the market. It starts out deceptively simple, and works its way up to physics-happy madness that is sure to please casual gamers and perfectionists alike.

Earlier today, a Twitter post directed Android users to visit Reddit's webpage to be notified when Cut the Rope was available. But it appears the app is available right now for free via GetJar. So visit the GetJar link below to download the game for your device.

If you haven't borrowed your buddy's iPhone to play Cut the Rope, then you've been missing out. The game sounds simple enough: cut the rope such that the piece of candy hits the stars, and finds its way into Om Nom's mouth. But the game becomes more complicated when floating bubbles, air guns, movable tracks, and magic teleportation hats get into the mix. Enough blabbing. Go download it.

That's why I switched from Android to iOS. I was tired of waiting forever for apps on iOS to come to Android if they ever would.

Apple's iOS is just too restrictive for me, I love being able to fully customize my phone. As the Android OS grows, so does the developers who see the value in developing for it. It you can't wait for games to be made available on the Android OS, then go and buy yourself an iPOD touch to keep yourself happy. But don't fool yourselfs and think the iOS is better than the Android OS.
