Given the fact that the phone first came out in 2001 it certainly can't compare to phones on the market today, but the phone itself still works as well today as when it first came out.  Getting a higher capacity battery is a good idea and with it the phone will easily last for a week in standby.  I use it as a back-up/emergency phone and in that capacity it is more than sufficient.

this phone is one of the worst phones ever although it is a flip phone it is so chunky and it is hard to flip open when you try to answer a call you sometimes drop the top and you hang up on them. The screen is really small and it is black and white. The games suck on this phone. The battery dies in 1 day max!! thats with making 3, 3 minute calls. So by all means don't buy it!!!
