I work for the Warranty Exchange department for AT&T I can say I have never recieved a call on this device.
 
This device and the Samsung Magnet are 2 phones I have never experienced in the warranty program. I would recommend this phone to anyone.

This is my LG Cf360 Phone.It is so good!The best part is the cam. Its good if you have small fingers because the buttons are SMALL!Well everthing eles is realy good! Get this PHONE!
