Poor Product, Good Customer Survice
Phone owned for less than a month

This phone could have been a great phone. It had the specs, the looks, and the support. They ruined it. Individual functions worked and looked very good, but all together was terrible. The camera and screen looked great, but getting there was a pain. Blu put in their own heavily modded android that ruins the experience. It lagged on everything. I can not emphasize this enough. Text based apps lagged. Calender lagged. Scrolling through contacts lagged. It could have been so good, it felt nice and looked great. I don't know what happened. Sadly I did not find any good androids besides what came preloaded. I returned it because even overclocked it was unusable. They where very kind, so I bought another blu phone that I do recommend.
