Killer eBay deal brings brand-new Galaxy Note 8 with 1-year warranty down to $400
The Galaxy Note 8 was undoubtedly one of 2017's best all-around phones (if not the absolute best in the world), but now it's 2019 and if you can't afford the brand-new Galaxy S10, S10+, or S10e, the deals are starting to pile up and get sweeter than ever for last year's Note 9, S9, and S9 Plus. Of course, the same can be said about Samsung's 2017-released S Pen-wielding powerhouse, which currently fetches as little as $399.99 on eBay.

You're obviously looking at brand-new, "unused, unopened, and undamaged" units here, sold in their original packaging, and eligible for free expedited shipping nationwide. While we've actually seen the Note 8 discounted even lower a few times over the past couple of months, all those previous killer deals either required lengthy installment plans with specific carriers or involved refurbished devices.

What makes this latest promotion outright irresistible is a one-year warranty offered by top-rated seller Quick Ship Electronics at no extra cost. That's not something you typically associate with these excellent eBay deals, which more often than not leave you in the lurch if you encounter functionality issues shortly after making your purchase.

Basically, the only restriction or "catch" you need to take into consideration before pulling the trigger here is an obligation to initially activate the Galaxy Note 8 on T-Mobile. The "Un-carrier" will unlock your device relatively quickly, but the phone is not unlocked out the box. That's really a teeny-tiny compromise you have to make to get a massive discount on a product that's aged rather gracefully.

In case you're wondering, Samsung still sells this bad boy starting at an insanely high $670. When it comes to new unlocked phones you can buy for around $400, the likes of the Sony Xperia 10 Plus obviously can't hold a candle to a 6.3-incher with a beautiful Super AMOLED "Infinity" display, razor-thin bezels, Snapdragon 835 processing power, 6GB RAM, 64GB storage, dual 12MP rear-facing cameras, S Pen support, and 3,300 mAh battery capacity. That's probably not a fair comparison, but the bottom line is you can't do better than this at $399.99.
