Younity app for iOS grants easy access to all your computer files, iTunes music and vids

Apple's iOS is many nice things, but easily shuttling files and media between your computer and iPhone or iPad isn't one of them. Fret not, however, as the beta form of the Younity app that was quite some time in the making, has finally morphed into an official app, available at iTunes.

Younity lets you access any type of file or media on your computers, be it PC or Mac, and stream them to your iOS gear. You can watch TV series that are on your computer, while lounging on the couch, stream tunes, or do all kinds of file shenanigans, like viewing and printing documents.

In addition, there are plenty of extra services that Younity offers, like sharing photos on your computer to Instagram with a single click, sharing files in a secure manner to another person, or posting them on Facebook and Twitter, and so on. The nicest part is that the files and media you stream never make it to the cloud, but get directly streamed to your iDevice.
