Waze adds Mr T to its celebrity navigation voice options

Waze users, rejoice! The popular navigation app has enlarged its voice selection with yet another iconic celebrity.

Mr. T is joining the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Morgan Freeman, Elvis Presley, Neil Patrick Harris, and Shaquille O’Neal in the quest of making your travels a bit more fun.

The news broke out on Tuesday, as Waze made the announcement via a blog post:

Thanks to FUZE, the newest voice of Waze is gold chain rocking, mohawk icon, Mr. T. And, Wazers: being directed by Mr. T isn't just entertaining, it's what your drive needs. In fact, we pity the fool that doesn't update their Waze Voice. He packs a punch, and a couple of "fools," and many more classic Mr. T lines as he leads you from home, to work and beyond.

In order to select Mr. T as your voice navigator, enter the Waze app, tap the search button and access "Settings" (top left corner). From there, tap on "Voice Directions", then scroll down and select Mr. T. Please note that this option is only available to users in the US and Canada.
