ToySoft updates Power Tools for BB10 to v2.1 with new alarm, geolocation and messaging abilities
ToySoft has updated Power Tools for BB10 to version 2.1. The "headless" version (the one that runs in the system background) of the app now has the ability to set multiple daily and weekly alarms. The user can select his or hers own alert sounds. Location Services can now be used to switch system sound and Bluetooth on or off when the user enters or leaves a location. SMS and Email messages can be scheduled and sent daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly, with included attachments.
The developer has added Bedside support as well, letting you turn off all alerts, except the alarm, in this mode. Also, the "low battery" sound alert can be changed with built-in or custom sounds. Message filtering, too, has been updated with better keywords for recognizing spam messages.
The Active Frame version of Power Tools, the one that appears on the user's home-screen, has been updated to v1, bringing the aforementioned Bedside support and improved message filtering.
In addition, the $3.99 Power Tools for BB10 has a large amount of other features that you can get acquainted with via the app's page in BlackBerry World. You can visit it from the link below.
